We have the library up and running. We have tried the Thumbnail Regenerate plugin but the main image still doesn’t look good, as well as the mobile ones Big Grid. Any solution?

Also I see that you are using some optimizer for images ->https://i.imgur.com/0GIZTik.png is possible have something to do with the thumbs that your images are not displaying correctly.
Please disable all non theme plugins and check the results.

I turned off the options related to the images in the Jetpack plugin and it worked during this week. But again the main image look bad, with the options removed.

As I told you in previous messages, we have the GD library installed in the server and I also did the thumbnail regeneration process following your tutorial, but it still happens every time we upload a featured image.
Hi Beldar, is possible to be because the image that you upload has a lower size then the biggest thumb that you are using.
Please make a test and upload an big image and see if this is still displaying like that or has a proper thumb.
If the problem persists, please try again, but this time only with tagDiv plugins enable.
