Hello,
I have problem with full screen option when I use self hosted videos.
When I click on full screen option on player -video bounce back in regular view after 10-15 sec…this is happening with with all web browsers and on different devices. At first I was thinking that html5 player that I usually use have some problem…but as you can see – it is a same problem with simply adding video to page with “add media” option.
I tested without all plugins and situation is same, but with other themes works just fine.
Situation with video is same when I update theme to latest version, but then “block14” and “tagdiv Social counter” doesn’t work (display properly)…so I returned to previous version.
Can you please help me?

I just received answer from support for html5 video player ( Lambert Group) …they concluded same -that theme is making this problem:
“I believe that the problem is from this script (loaded by the theme) which has functions to resize the video tag: view-source:http://mreza.rs/wp-content/themes/Newsmag/js/tagdiv_theme.js?ver=2.3.6 ”
Can you please help me to overcome this problem, 90% of videos (from almost 900) is self hosted… in general my client is very happy with this theme, but you can imagine that this is a big problem for us.
Thanks!
Sofija
Hi
I cannot duplicate the issue on my end, I’ve added a self hosted video in post content and works fine on full width mode. I’ve made the test wit V 3.1 of Newsmag. Try to update the theme again following our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ also update the social counter at V 4.1 which is included in theme’s path and setup the plugin according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial/ , clear all caches, purge cdn files if you’re sing then test the site again.
Let us know how it goes and if the problem persist please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your login credentials, also give us ftp access, and we will inspect this issue as soon as possible. In your message include a link to this topic.
Thanks!
