Problem with images in a page (mobile)

I have a problem with seeing the images in several pages of my website using mobile but working on a computer.

This is the section http://www.gerardx.com/el-rincon-de-pensar/

There are 8 sections inside this one, and if you choose any of this sections you can see the pictures uploaded in your browser computer but you won’t see them if you are using mobile.

Any idea?

Hello,

I have tested the page mentioned on mobile devices but the 8 images show up properly. I cannot see the missing images.
Please let us know if the issue is still there as we cannot see it.

I don’t mean this 8 images which are the categories. I mean when you click this images opens a new 8 pages with 15 to 30 images each and these are the images missing, but only in the mobile version. I can see them in the computer.

Hello,

It seems you are using a media grid element of visual composer that does not seem to provide any results. Please test this on a wp default theme as well and see if the element works on twentysixteen for example.

Sorry, I made a mistake and check from computer. Still working from computer as with the other theme.

But in mobile version I don’t even can’t see the main page (with the 8 categories). I only see plain text.

What’s the next step?

Hi,

I have inspected the website on mobile. Everything is working properly for me, there is no problem what so ever seeing the image boxes containing the 8 categories or the media grid inside each of them on mobile

Maybe this is an intermittent issue, caused by a problematic plugin that you might have installed. But it seems to be displaying just fine at the moment.
