it seems that New In Article Ads from google do not work with Newspaper.
Putting code of this ads on theme panel under “article inline ads” do not work also with “auto” dimension option.
How we can use this news ads that automatically fit to the width of page?

If you tested and the ads you mention do not work properly, you can use the plugin mentioned. Make some tests with the plugin, maybe it does not impact performance in a noticeable way and you can use it.

I cannot test this properly with the ads you are using, so I can’t give you an exact solution.
The easiest way since it is possible, would be to simply test with the plugin and check the results.

I am very sorry, but there is no code that I can provide you and also make sure it works properly. The easiest option would be to remove the inline ad with the special ad code from the theme panel and implement it a different way all together. That would bypass the theme processing of the ad, and maybe you can have your desired result.

Bumping this post. A fix needs to be developed for this. The new AdSense formats needs to be included with this theme.

The new formats of Adsense suck on Newspaper 8.X. I think that the problem is in styles and it should be fixed. As we buy themes to earn money and now Newspaper doesn’t give us full opportunities for that
