The inline ads function doesn’t work as expected in situations where the heading element is paced right below the paragraph. Check the below screenshot. In inline ads section, I’ve configured the panel to insert ad below paragraph 2. Instead of inserting ads below 2nd paragraph, the function has placed the advertisement below h2 and h3 elements which are located right below the 2nd paragraph

Hi,
The article inline ad ignores other elements and it will place the advertisement right before the third paragraph. This is the default behavior of the article ad. I will add this to our list for further investigating and if the dev team decide to adjust it, then in a future update we will implement a better article ad system.

I’m not sure exactly what you mean. Do you refer to the ‘Placing ads under a misleading header’ section? Our theme provides different ad spots in the head based on the header style that you chose. We cannot say for sure what google decides with their policy. If google suggests you change the ad position, you will have to follow along as they are the ones making the rules for their ads. There is nothing we can ‘fix’ in this matter. Our theme also provides a sticky sidebar and google clearly specifies that sticky ads are not allowed. If a user decides to place an ad in the sticky sidebar, then we cannot control this. We cannot remove a theme ad spot or move it based on a single ad provider. Our theme was built to work with adsense, not ‘adsense only’. You will need to use the ad spots in conformation with the adsense TOS.

Suppose the user wants to place ad below paragraph 3 on a large site and the blog post has the below structure:

<p> </p>
<h2></H2>
<p></p>
In this case, the function will insert that ad before the 4th <p>. If the H2 element has a keyword like download, recommended, the ad placement will be against adsense TOS.
You said that the inline ads will insert ad before the start of n +1 paragraph (n is the value user specifies in the settings panel). In the theme panel, it has been mentioned that the theme will analyze the content of each post and it will inject an ad after the selected number of paragraphs which means that the ad should be inserted after the 2nd paragraph directly not before the the 3rd paragraph.

No problem! Its up to you guys to decide whether to fix this issue or not.

I will pass this inforamtion on to our developer team and they will be the ones that decide what gets implemented. If they consider this a must, it will be fixed in the next version of the theme.
