problem with instagram on counter and in footer

I have updated to version 9 of neswpaper in which it was said that the problem of putting instagram in the footer and the followers counter has been corrected. But it has not been like this. Can you please tell me what I can do? My page is

Please try to set the user and clear all cache, after that see if the social counter is working.

Hello:
I have deleted the cache with the plugin wp fastest cache, and I have reconfigured the Instagram account but the Instagram social counter still does not work. The possibility of putting Instagram in the footer of the page does not work either. See screenshot. Thanks for your help

Please deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and try again.
