Hi,
I have a multisite setup and on the main domain / site, everything works fine.
However on the subsite, although the theme settings seem to work fine, I can’t get any tagdiv templates to install or function.
Either the template doesn’t load at all (after importing) or if it does, as soon as I drag / drop a content block in, it displays ‘no posts’.
Any idea where I’ve done wrong?

Regarding the issue, we could take a look at it. However I can’t promise anything unfortunately, as we did not make any testing with theme and theme plugins in a multisite environment. May I suggest that you change the order in which you respond to client requests so that any new posts do not send the thread to the back of the line again.
I only posted again twice as I was getting frustrated with the wait.
It took almost 24 hours to get a reply to my answer which is too long for me to wait for help. I paid extra money with my license for technical support – can you tell me what that extra money is paying for?
