Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. If there is a plugin conflict, this will remove it. If the problem is still there without plugins, please check your ssl implementation and remove your modifications to see if that is the cause.

WP super cache has an issue on mobile and maybe it affects your site in that regard. We have no such reports but you can try this fix to see if it works:
