This modification cannot be made from the theme panel. You need top access the theme files via ftp and edit the code like the screenshots showed in the topic:
Unfortunately the theme doesn’t have an option for this and you will have to alter the code, just add this order in td_block_mega_menu.php file – http://screencast.com/t/1Kk6ybz4C so you can order subcategories by slug – http://screencast.com/t/NpeWAblc – http://screencast.com/t/hOubcKikgUE
