Problem with Menu & Search Icon on Mobile

Hello there is Problem with Menu & Search Icon on Mobile….please see the screen shot and advice these icon are sticky with the browser top.

Also, under mobile theme i am also disabling the footer menu by selecting –no menu– and pressing save settings but always it is replaced by some menu please advice that also.

I tried disable all plugins, cleared cache and reset cdn files. PLease advice how to restore the theme line height?

I had checked under theme fonts>> fonts settings and line height is default line height in all settings.

Moreover, you can see search icon is also not on its location on desktop as well…it is a line above its position….this is the same in mobile menu and search icon and 1 line above…
