Hello!

The issue about social counter has been discussed here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/social-media-counter-does-not-work-for-instagram/
Please take a look and try to fix it.
There could be also a plugin conflict because it is something weird also on your bar with twice “Edit with TagDiv Composer” bars, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Our team will take a look!

Thank you!

Thanks I did fixed the mobile look, WP Rocket created the problem but when I enabled the Separate cache files for mobile devices it fixed the problem.
Ok I see that I need to add the fixed count but the problem is I have few different template single, category, home … so I need to add to all of them separately or is it exist a global setting then if I change on one that is change that part on all of my templates?

Hello!

You can assign per each category or posts a template and also for all categories. These modification you could do like that from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/qGJzZhEdtuu
If you mean mobile pages, then you need to assign for each page the template you need.

Thank you!
