The Mobile version of the main page looks wrong. The mobile template is here: https://scandalo.gr/home-mobile-2/ but when I edit it with tagdiv composer it looks correct, but the page looks wrong and cannot be edited.
Hi,
If I correctly understand the problem, the new posts do not appear on mobile page when you check it using the mobile, but when you check it in with the tagDiv Composer everything is ok, in those cases the problem is related to the cache, please make sure that if you have a cache you manually clear all the cache that is apply to the website.
I hope this will help!
I am having the same or similar issue. Posts look fine on the desktop site, but the formatting is way off in mobile browsers: https://www.theaterbyte.com/not-one-less-blu-ray-review/
I have cleared the server cache and the browser cache on my phone and nothing fixes this. Please help.
Check if this is enabled for the mobile template

and if it is disamble it, this is how i fixed it.
Hi Central, this https://prnt.sc/pT6olWAKrpcZ is not the theme cache, is the cache that applies individually on each flex block and according to our documentation this will be clean at the time that is set – https://forum.tagdiv.com/use-flex-blocks-cache-option/ – https://i.imgur.com/zzwFmEc.png this is how it should work to reduce the database requests made by each flex block.
Hi bduhamel, I think that you are referring that the mobile version is not looking so good like the desktop version, right? If so, then it can be edited using the tagDiv Composer – https://i.imgur.com/4pSTGQZ.jpg – https://i.imgur.com/ena4yXH.png
Thank you!
No, my mobile version looks fine in the composer, but it does not load properly on any actual mobile devices. The formatting is way off. I see no way to fix this. It must be an issue with the caching or something. It wasn’t happening until the last theme update.
Hi Central, maybe you have this problem because there is another cache plugin and it is possible to not work correctly with the one from the flex blocks (usually cache plugins are cleared and you post or update a post, the cache from flex blocks is cleared after the time that is set on each block, therefore it is possible you have some delays in updating the correct cache).
Hi bduhamel, can you please provide some screenshots or a screen record with the problem? For me when I check your website looks fine – https://i.imgur.com/8YaY2EC.png
Thank you!
No it wasnt other plugin.
All other plugins were deactivated and unistalled.
I repeat,
was your cache. Was not updating for 2-3 days the new articles.
When i was disabling it, everything was fine, the block was showing the new articles,
when i was enabling it, it was showing the old articles in the block only
