Problem with page titles (translation and structure)

Hi there.

I have a problem with the localization of the page titles.
Ex1:
http://denkfabrikblog.de/2016/
<title>2016 Archive – DenkfabrikBlog</title>

Ex2:
http://denkfabrikblog.de/tag/video/
<title>Video Archives – DenkfabrikBlog</title>

I just can’t figure out where to change the localization for this. I’d like to change it from the english Archive to the german Archiv. There is an option to translate the term Archive in the translations section of the theme panel, but that doesn’t work for the page title.

Can you help me out? Is there a possibility to change the structure? I’d like to change “2016 Archive” to “Jahresarchiv: 2016” and “Video Archives” to “Themenarchiv: Video”.

Hello Manuel,
The “archive” from the titles cannot be changed from our theme settings unfortunately. For this we recommend the SEO Yoast plugin. You can find the option to change the titles in the “titles and meta” section of the plugin settings.
