Problem with pics height at the slides

These two pictures are showing that bottom of the pictures inside the one column slide and two column slide aren’t fit with the frame. How i can solve this problem ?

Please check if you use the sliders on 1 column, 2 or 3 columns to show property. http://import.tagdiv.com/newspaper/doc/
