Problem with shortcodes

I use “Ad rotate” plugin to manage some ads and I use shortcode in homepage to show some of them. I placed the shortcode as HTML pure in the visual editor box.

Everything was ok, but this morning the ads are not displayed in home page, and just can’t see the shortcake text in its place.

What’s the problem?

Hi,

Not sure why you have this issue. If you use pagebuilder try to add your shortcodecode in a text block on your page. Also you can paste the shortcode in a custom ad from Theme Panel > Ads – http://screencast.com/t/1w1j6rNrNv and use Ad Box block to display the ad on the page – http://screencast.com/t/iaVzNFiEwHb as the theme ad system was designed to work also with shortcodes.
