Problem with Slider Revolution

Hi there,

I’m having a problem with Slider Revolution as it seems that its shortcode doesn’t work with my site.

Can you please advise what to do?

Hello Sitthinunt.p,

First of all, please ensure that your Revolution Slider is installed. Also, if your Slider is just created by you, please notice that you can use the Revolution Slider element from Visual Composer that offers you a way to change your Slider, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/9tx5ISu4aGH Also, in order to achieve best results using the Rev Slider, please getting familiar with the plugin documentation -> https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/slider-revolution-documentation/

Thanks for your reply.

I’ve already done that but the problem still persists (you can see it at http://imgur.com/a/Y3BNl)

It’s kind of weird because I’ve used this slider for more than 6 months already but the problem happened just a few days ago (without me touching the theme and plugins).

Can you please advise what else I should do?
