Your Table of Contents module is not compatible with the RankMath SEO plugin. Can you add a filter to the module that will make the module recognizable by this famous SEO plugin?

What do you mean by that? Is making parts of your theme compliant with SEO standards something extra? Will you be implementing this solution or should you consider changing the theme?
