Problem with TagDiv Social Counter

Hi!

I have just updated my site to the version 8.8, and now I have a problem. I see nothing, but the text:

[td_block_social_counter custom_title=»Социальные сети» style=»style10 td-social-boxed td-social-colored» youtube=»channel/UCflzrk3cgrhzY3X81nrix0Q» separator=»»]

instead of Social counter menu on the site’s page. How it can be fixed ?

Download the latest theme files, Add new plug in, find the plug in the themes folder,install it and you are done. Just dont forget to delete the previous tag div social counter.

I have the exact same problem. I’ve uninstalled the plugin, manually installed the new version, but still nothing. The theme is of course the latest version (8.8) and on the newspaper plugins page it appears as installed and active.

Even when trying to create a new page from scratch with tagDiv Composer, Social Counter is the only element that doesn’t appear on screen when I try to drag and drop it. I mean I drop it and the corresponding options on the left appear, although no placeholder appears on the main page. And when I click anywhere else it disappears into oblivion…

Well, Occam’s razor for the win! 😛

That was indeed the solution. For the record, I’m using Opera (where I had the problem) and it worked on Firefox.
