Hi,
We use the login menu on our homepage for our members.
Since months, we have problem with the password recovery functiun :
https://overclocking.com/tds-login-register/?password_recovery
The request button does not seem to be working.
However, we have no issues with this “password recovery” feature when we use it in the traditional way to access our back office.
Could you help us please ?
Hi,
In most cases, this type of issue is caused by an extra plugin interfering with the theme. Please test the site using only the tagDiv plugins and check whether the recovery password option works.
If it works, reenable the other plugins one by one until you identify which one is causing the conflict. Once you find the interfering plugin, review its settings in many cases, the plugin can remain active and the issue can be resolved by disabling a specific option that causes the conflict.
Thanks for your answer.
We have the same plugins for months and this function was up and running before.
Anyway, we tried disabling all our security plugins (Zero Spam, etc.), but nothing changed. It really feels like the button isn’t doing anything (please try it out).
Thx
Hi,
Is clear that something is interfering with the button, this should be clickable even if there is no email added and should display a message like this – https://i.imgur.com/X9xlThI.png
If you can provide WP-Admin and cPanel access, we can take a look. For this, you will need to contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com, provide access to the website and cPanel, and include the link to this topic so we can identify you faster.
Thank you!
