You can remove categories from the WordPress settings panel, under posts > categories

see the WordPress Codex/docs on WordPress.org for help using basic WP functions.

ALL CATEGORIES WHO HAVE PROBLEM OF CERTAIN CATEGORIES have more than 1000 PUBLICATIONS
