problem with the sidebar

hi,

I have made my sidebar in home page with visual composer is it possible to make the same sidebar shown in every post?

Hi

Visual composer plugin doesn’t have on option to create a sidebar, just to add one already created in Appearance > Widgets on the page using the widgetized sidebar block: http://screencast.com/t/mWckEF05M – http://screencast.com/t/WJgniVOJX You can use those sidebars in every post/page.

If this is not what you mean please provide more details, also a screen pointing the way you added the sidebar in VC would be helpful.

I want to have a tab widget in the sidebar of every post. is it possible to design one with visual composer and then add it to Appearance > Widgets ? can i copy the html code of the tab widget ?

Hi

You can’t directly copy the code from Visual Composer into a widget, but a solution would be to create your sidebar layout in VC, then add the blocks in the same order in a sidebar widget from Appearance > Widgets.
