When you go to my site http://www.anbfnatural.com the thumbnail previews show the middle of the image instead of being centered on their face (the top of the image). why???????

I have checked your website and I saw that your thumbs are not generated. This issue comes from your untested plugins, especially Photon module from Jetpack plugins. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. After these changes, you have to regenerate your thumbnails using the Regenerate Thumbnails. For more information about these kinds of plugins, please consult their documentation here -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/thumbnail-upscale/ -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ Also, please ensure that the functionalities of these plugins are not affected by the other untested plugins that could create interference through the theme. Please notice that these types of plugins are not tested with our theme and we cannot provide support for the theme. We recommend them because a lot of our customer uses and they were satisfied to their functionality.

I didn’t have to disable all of the plugins… THANK GOD!!!
I disabled Photon in Jetpack and used the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin and everything seems to be working fine (so far!)
