when you are on the home page, the next menu item is highlighted. This does not occur when editing the home page

Hi zibi,
I think that the underline is like this -> https://i.imgur.com/9AeQRwS.png because the page that is set on home element is set in inspiracje element too -> https://i.imgur.com/Qwfsk6n.png remove it from there and then the underline will be display only under the element that has the selected page.
