problem with visual composer

Visual composer does not work with me newsmag theme but with any other theme. It is correctly installed but does not appear in the page editor or posts . Both newsmag as visual composer are purchased and activated correctly there any solution?

Please check in Visual Composer’s settings if the plugin it’s enabled for pages: http://screencast.com/t/ByQusamXo Also try to deactivate all plugins except VC clear the caches and test again.
