Problem with Visual Editor

I’m trying to create a Homepage with Visual Editor, but I’m having problems with it..
I build all the page and then I click Publish to see how it looks, but when the editor page loads again, all the “rows” are blank. And when I switch to classic view, there’s nothing but some empty strings, like: [vc_row][/vc_row], and when I load my Home on the front end, it’s all blank, without the snipets… Can you help me, please?

And I also just found out that I can’t change my “Theme Color”… it’s always blue now… :/

I think I found the reason for your problems.

I see you have many updates you still have to make

And it looks you like you have some editor plugin that is not working.

Also your editor looks different than mine, where does this blue green red wave come from?

Theme updates, you mean?

This wave is the Icon of the Visual Composer..

I just bought the theme and installed the patch that comes with it. (v1.7.1)

Seems like the ajax doesn’t work properly and WP is not recording my changes… 🙁

Also check wordpress is up to date

I’ve disabled all my plugins and things seems to be working now… although I’ll still doing some tests.

For 45 dollars I believe it is not only the developers task to help but the users should help each other also if they can.

But yes the developers should be there and be the foundations of the support.

PS: I believe your theme is only blue because you have the caching on, if you want the caching on you have to edit in the css file, they have answered this in one of the forum threads. They said they will fix it

Disabling the plugins made my theme color work again. I must figure out what plugin is making this mess…
I saw your thread, its kind of complicated (to me), but I think the developers have the duty to help the customers, just as they advertise everywhere with those non-sense graphics. Once they don’t, and use customers time to do all the work, maybe they should split their comission with customers… What about a half priced value, hah?! That’s my suggestion.

I cannot believe it!

This question was not theme related, therefore as the community should I took part in helping this user with his theme unrelated question. We found the cause of his problem it was one of his plugins.

So that the theme developers could be able to answer theme related threads. But for some reason they prefer to waste their time with resolved non theme related issues instead of helping with theme related issues.

@dalandau already helped me solving these issues. I’m still testing the theme for my purposes.

@Marius Actually I found out that “tagDiv speed booster”, when activated, makes my Theme Color go blue… How can I fix that? Is there any CSS related to the theme color?

But as you say, tagdiv support theme have decided to ignore this subject you asked about in this thread or to elaborate on the answer I gave you
