Hi guys to understand the problem I place screenshots of conversations with woocommerce colleagues. It turned out that the problem is with your theme. here it is:

Hi,
From what I understand it worked properly for you before. Maybe you have made other changes that have caused this problem. I would suggest that you disable all your other plugins except the ones you need to use, clear any caching you have installed, and check to see if this has any effect. Also disable any child theme you might be using and remove any custom code you might have added to the theme files. We have not had any other reports about this issue.
