Hi,
All ADS of thema not exclude
-DISABLE ON DESKTOP
-DISABLE ON TABLET PORTRAIT
-DISABLE ON PHONE
Does not work ..

Hi,
What type of ad code you use as the theme only works with adsense and image banners if using other than these two types of ads could case issues. I have tested this and found no issues with the ads settings, so when set like this: http://screencast.com/t/iflBqmPyJ the ad will be visible only on desktop screens.
Hope this helps. Please also make sure you also check this without plugins active so that we can exclude the fact that any of your plugins causes issues with this.
