Hi,
I just have updated the theme to V 8.0.
I have 3 problems:
The 1. problem appeared before the update.
All icons aren’t showing correctly on the frontend and also on the backend. There are only showing some Chinese symbols and also rectangles.
The 2. and 3. problems appeared after the update:
2. i’m not able to navigate to the “design” section in my backend. A total white site appeares with the error notice:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method td_util::get_option_() in /www/htdocs/wXXXXXX/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/td_cake.php on line 30
And the 3. problem:
I’m not able to update my plugins. The error massage:
wnload_failed in /www/htdocs/wXXXXXX/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-upgrader.php on line 280

Hi Alina,
I have checked your website and I saw that you are using some untested plugins and also, the Child Theme version on your end, right? I suggest you make a full backup to your database and try making a new fresh install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard and check the results. Also, remove all of the untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues and also, switch the theme to the main theme version and see how it works.
