Problems after Update

Hello, after I updated to the latest version this morning, all settings have been lost.
All templates that I installed and changed with Medicine PRO were deactivated and changed.
All my settings are lost!

The hover, which otherwise appeared to the left of the link, is now in the middle of the link.

I’ve only been using this theme for a few days and don’t know of such problems from other themes.
Do I have to fear that everything will disappear with every update?

I ask for a solution to the problem.

After I uninstalled and reinstalled the Demo Medicine PRO everything works again, but I have to make all settings again.

Nevertheless, I would ask you to solve my above-mentioned problem if this occurs again with the next update.

This is not a common issue unfortunately. If unfortunately this happens next time you can notify us on the steps you take in order to either reproduce them on our side or to take a look on your side. There are a numerous factors that can make this happen.
