Hi ray274, do you use child theme? also did you checked the plugin conflicts? Also dis you made any changes in theme or plugin files? because those are removed when the theme is updated.
Please provide as many details you can about the problems, also a link to your website will help.

I don’t use child theme. In my opinion I use the whole theme and plugins regulary, no
changes with CSS etc.

As about the sidebar plugin if is not a tested one -> https://i.imgur.com/zTomuRS.png we can not provide support.
You can check the plugin conflict, by trying only the theme and tagDiv plugins, without extra plugins.
