After a year or so of trouble-free connection with my business Instagram account, I noticed the block was not rendering and showing errors. Once exploring this forum, I read some advice to reconnect the account.
Once I reconnected, it is now completely faulty. Not only does it not render the block, but now in the theme panel, even though the connection is present (with an access token visible), the Instagram account name is no longer displayed. No info is given for Followers and Media (the counters are blank).
I checked the permissions on Facebook. Access to the Instagram posts and profile is granted, and all is in order.
