Hello,
When I try to create a new page, I get this screen instead of the proper composing screen.

Can anyone help?

Hi,
It seems there is a problem with the composer, it is not functioning correctly. Try as a first step to deactivate all other plugins except theme plugins. Deactivate all the browser extensions and clear the browser cache (alternatively test with a different browser). Please let us know the results.
