Hi again,
I’m having some trouble creating a mobile theme with the Cloud Library as previously instructed by Bettina. When I click on the only available mobile theme there, the error message says the Envato key is missing or invalid. Any ideas how to solve this?
Hello,
For this kind of situation please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and please provide wp-admin access and the license key to check it. We’ll help you as soon as possible.
Thank you!
Thanks. I have now loaded a theme from the Cloud library. It looks good except for the title and the header logo which are tiny.
But I’m wondering what is a good size for the header logo and website name. My desktop header logo is much too small when it’s used in the mobile page. It’s about 450×200 on the desktop but the text (title and tagline) becomes much too small in the mobile version.
Hi christopherkevil8838,
If is use a cloud template then you can use the tagdiv Composer tot edit the logo size after your needs, so you can set it like you want -> https://i.imgur.com/AlOkUJJ.png also for text logo -> https://i.imgur.com/XLgaey8.png
Thank you!
Thank you.
Please clarify if I should edit the logo and title/tagline size in the regular desktop site.
Your annotated imgur instructions suggest that these edits should be made to the default header rather than anything done specifically in the mobile header.
Maybe if you provide a click sequence it would be clearer.
For example:
tagdiv editor>header menu>…
Hi,
A cloud header can be edited for desktop, responsive version and also mobile page version using the tagDiv Composer -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-logo-newspaper/
I hope this will help you better.
Thank you. That is very helpful.
I think part of my confusion comes from the different mobile pages.
First, there is a mobile version that can be created through the default homepage. But then there are separate mobile pages that can be created with the Cloud library. What’s the difference? Do I need to create a special mobile page?
Hi,
Using the responsive version you’ll have the same content like on desktop, but when you use the mobile page you can set the content you want, is no longer need to use the exact responsive content. You can simply convert the desktop content and add the rest of content you need, or remove the one that you do not need. Also, using the mobile page template you need to convert the header and footer.
