problems inserting a youtube video

when you insert the following code on the homepage of my site, alter the design and not the thumbnails of the items shown.

If you embed that into a text box, only the video from YouTube will render there; not a thumbnail built from the website/theme, since there is not theme page with the video.

Hi,

If you use featured video option on post pages, the thumbnail for video will be automatically created and it will be used on modules. If you use embed in a text block like Christopher said, only the video will be displayed on page.
