problems on tablet and mobile

Hello
I use newspaper theme. I have some problem on tablet and mobile.
First,on mobile phone, the images size on slide have problem.

Second,on tablet,I would like to fix about the title.

Unfortunately there is not an option to set excerpt only for tablets, but you can set it for all devices – http://screencast.com/t/8MyhGqP7RN
