Please try and switch from smartlist 6 to smartlist 7. The smartlist 7 has the buttons on top.

Unfortunately this is an issue that comes from the ads. Are there any other types of ads that they can offer ? Maybe fixed ads. This infinite ads are breaking the element and unfortunately we cannot do anything about them to fix.
