Hello,
I set the unique stories and now I can’t see my new featured stories when I go to my main page, please help.

Hi,
When you have the unique articles feature enabled you will get posts just once on your page, but if you have pagination the unique articles will not work properly, please check this(it works the same like on newspaper) – https://forum.tagdiv.com/unique-articles-and-offset-newspaper/
You can use different categories on your blocks from block settings – http://screencast.com/t/7FmrEGajjzs also there is an offset option in block settings, if you use the same category: http://screencast.com/t/YMlLBglBpZI
