Problems with footer after update

Hi, after updating my website, I lost many settings.
I’m trying to restore everything alone.
I have a problem that I can’t solve.
The footer on the home page is correct, in the posts it is different, the formatting seems to be skipped.

Hi,

The problem is caused by WP BAKERY plugin; please disable it. Usually, this problem can appear when you are using the WPBakery if you have this plugin enables, then please disable it and try again. There may be a conflict between WPBakery and the tagDiv cloud library.
