Hi,
starting from a few weeks ago, Instagram feed on the bottom, in the footer, stopped synchronizing. Also, social counter plugin shows wrong number of subscribers. This is also noticeable on Newspaper demo sites: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_black/ (bottom Instagram feed missing latest 4 photos) https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_lifestyle/ (Instagram widget missing latest 13 photos, and social counter showing 722 followers instead of 153000).
Will there be a fix soon?

I am having the same issue as well. All of a sudden, the bottom Instagram feed stop showing new images. Just a “missing image” icon. http://outerrimnews.com
Is there a public fix yet for this? Multiple users have reported this and it’s on the demo sites mentioned above.

Not exactly comfortable with sending an admin/login over email. Since this is a problem that has appeared multiple times, including a fix you made on the live demo, can you not share what the fix is?

Our server was down for some changes, and after we turn it on and we clear cache to our live demo the Instagram worked, this was in our case ( in some cases the theme can not get the data from Instagram, in other cases are some conflicts with others plugins ).
You can make a full backup first, and if you are not comfortable with sending an admin/login you can change the password after we fix the problem, or you can create a user with admin role and delete it after we fix it.

Tagdiv support solved our issue. If it could help someone else’s situation, our fix was to turn off image optimization in Jetpack settings.
