Hi everyone. I have moved my website to a new provider and I am facing some issues in Newspaper 11:
1. I am not able to activate Envato Purchase code. The button keeps loading indefinitely.
2. Some images are not being showed up, although they are available on the server. It doesn’t appear on the page, but if we click open in a new tab, it’s there, as you can try here: https://www.irmaos.com/520-hospitalidade/
3. The sidebar is incomplete on the backend. It is missiong Tags, image and categories.
Has this ever happened to anyone else? Could you please help me to fix it?

1. Go through the following guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-with-newspaper-theme/ to ensure that nothing is blocking this request.
I recommend you use only tested plugins with our theme.
2. Examine the settings or uninstall the Autoptimize plugin to see what happens.
3. Maybe you use the old widget style and that’s why it’s not appearing in the backend, but it should be in Appearance-> Widgets.

1. The problem is that the theme was activated before with all the same plugin that we have now. The system said that there was a problem and recommended to unlink and try to activate again. When I try to do that, I can’t. Do you think the problem is that the theme is still activated in the former server? Unfortunately I am not able to reach it anymore. In addition, the link you sent is unavailable.

The widgets session is totally empty. I don’t know what could have happened. This can be the reason for all the other bugs. Do you have a clue to help me?
