Problems with Smart sidebar

Hi,
I’m having some issues with the sidebar. In posts and as the default sidebar, it works fine. But when I add it though the visual composer plugin, whit the widgetized bar, it doesn’t turns smart and floating.

I followed all the steps in the documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-sidebar-2/ and I don’t use any CDN in my web.

I checked deactivating all the plugins and erasing all custom lines of code.

Hello Sofia,

I suggest you update the theme to the latest version of it, clear all the caches and check the results. Use the FTP method when you update the theme because this is the surest way in this case.

Thanks for your response. I did what you say but it didn’t solve the problem.

Any other suggestion?

Make sure you have a 2/3 – 1/3 layout on the row and don’t forget to add the extra class. Add it to the row, not the element itself.
