problems with the sizes of the images in big slider and normal slider

Greetings from Venezuela (sorry for my english, is too poor)

I have purchased your Newspaper theme, you did a great job with that.

I have a trouble now, when i upload a picture to my wordpress appears croped in the big slider and in the normal slider. Previously in another installation the images works fine like in your examples in the live preview of the theme.

Thanks a lot Marius, the problem has solved,

I installed the GD library in my server (ubuntu)
apt-get install php5-gd
