Hello,
Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

I have inspected your website and I saw that you still using some untested plugins, such as Autoptimize plugin, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/3i5BYnSt If you want to bring best results with our theme you should disable all of your untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. Do you have tried this thing? If the problem is still there, you should make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and install the theme only with bundled plugins and check the results.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but I guess that your sidebar is not working as expected due to your bad installation. I suggest you make a new clean install from scratch, via FTP way, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. If you will check our demo preview here -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/ you will see that the sidebar work perfectly.
However, if you are unhappy with our product and if you want the mobey back, you can request a refund here – https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new if you consider that you can not use the theme for your website. We will approve the refund.

The installation was done according to the recommendation of documentation of the theme. Unfortunately your product and the support are awful and unable to solve a simple problem.
All free themes work perfectly with my plugins installed. I resolve to buy this theme believing it would be something professional, but unfortunately it wasn’t what I found.

Please notice that the theme has a list with our tested plugins, which have been thoroughly tested and with which theme works as expected. So, if you are using some untested plugins, please notice that some of them might interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown errors. Notice that our theme has a big code and it is very complex. All of these things are valid for any other theme and not just for ours. Please, try to make a new subdomain and create a new clean install from scratch, via FTP way and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. The theme is fully tested and checked and should work without any problems with the default plugins and settings. Sidebars work just fine on dozen of my sites running TagDiv Newsmag past 2 years. Theme is very professional, and works perfectly. Not all server setups are the same, and this can cause issues unrelated to the theme itself — or the great support provided. Hang in there!
