I know you can move the product review above the content. But I would like the product review to appear in-line with the content and modified so that that text goes around the review (like text would around an image).

Unfortunately you can’t add the reviews into the content at the moment the theme dose not have an option for this, to do this you will have to change this function from here
You can also hire a developer to do this for you if you don’t know how to do this. Sorry for the inconvenience, unfortunately we cannot offer custom work as we work hard on the development, updates, fixes and support. You can always get a freelancer from sites like: http://studio.envato.com/ if you don’t know how to do it yourself.
I have added this on out todo list and we will consider this for future updates.
