Hi,
For this, you need to use tagDiv Composer, edit the page, select the block and if this is a flex block, the image size can be set from Layout tab – https://i.imgur.com/6KSTOlK.png
If is related to the featured image of a post, it should be done the same, edit the single post template and select the image, after that change the image size – https://i.imgur.com/sXZsX2g.jpeg – https://i.imgur.com/1fB4v0g.jpeg
