Hi support,

How do I activate the “Profile banner” on the author pages?
I have tried to upload a banner (825 x 300 px), but it isn’t being shown here: https://servicenews.dk/author/servicenews/

The option for uploading the profile banner is on the page, where you can edit the user.

Hi,

The Author card can be set using our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/author-card/ also if you want to set an avatar, this can be set like in this guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-set-the-avatar/

Hi,

I cannot find a template that can have individual profile banners for each user.

Is the “Profile banner” as seen on the top post one of your features?

No problem any longer 😉

I saw in the Theme panel that I could make an “Author template” for each user. GREAT !!

Is there any limitation on the number of author templates?

Hi,

You can use as many template you want, there is no limit for cloud templates.
