Hello, I am using Newspaper theme. every time I update my details from the front-end account page the profile picture just disappears.

Probably need to clear cache after making changes.
This has happened to me couple of times.

I did try to disable the cache plugin but issue still persist

Please let me know if you use a plugin for users or avatars. Have you checked for a plugin conflict?
