When you add a post, a box comes up with the author and profile picture. Where can i add a picture, so it isn’t blank? – Tried with a plugin, didn’t help.

I believe there is a whole gravatar thing here, but I just spotted this new simple plug-in last night that should do what you want. It’s compatible with WordPress 3.8 if you are using WordPress. I plan on installing it later after I update the latest theme update that came out today.
