PSD files?

Hi I am looking for the PSD files, it mentions them here:

“PSD files – includes the PSD files which are useful if you want to customize various aspects of the original design. Located in /psd folder. I have no /psd folder
logo files – we included all of our demo logos in the /psd_logo folder. The logos are also available in .png format. there is a ‘psd+logo template’ folder,”

but no PSD files of the page design, with layers like mentioned on the themeforest page:

Where can I find the layered PSD files?
