I need a little advice if possible on how to move my idea for a hobbyist review website using the Newspaper theme.
I want to provide a facility to allow users to fill in a form with selectable options, make a brief comment if they wish and also upload a picture which will be displayed within the selected category. I also want to provide a score facility so the results of their efforts can be displayed site wide.
As it will be a kind of public blog I want to make sure users can easily upload a picture from their phone or tablet.
The displays I have seen with the Newspaper theme seem perfect for what I am trying to do. At the moment I am using Newspaper in localhost mode at home and don’t have a live site on the web at this time.
I’d appreciate any advice you can give to help me achieve things.

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for this functionality, sorry! You should implement it yourself through the code or if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry! Another alternative for you would be to find such a plugin with this functionality and check how it works with the theme.
